The City of Northwood has eight employees serving you in many capacities. The public works department has many responsibilities with all of the utilities being City owned. They maintain the electric, water, sewer and garbage systems. The City sprays for mosquitoes often throughout the season. Snow removal is efficient and fast. The City reads all of the meters in the town for utility billing.

Utility Office
Utility bills are mailed by the first of each month and are due on the fifteenth. The office is located in City Hall at 12 N Raymond Street and is open Monday through Friday from 7:30am to 4:00pm. There is also a locked drop box located in front of City hall for your convenience to drop utility payments or comments at anytime.
